These General Terms and Conditions of Sale are governed by Articles 1125 et seq. of the French Civil Code and the French Consumer Code.
The purpose of these General Terms and Conditions of Sale is to define the rights and obligations of A Parisian Production and the customer. They apply without restriction or reservations to purchases made by end customers and non-professional buyers on A Parisian Production's website: www.parisianscenes.com (hereinafter, the Website).
They also apply to other types of distance selling, such as telephone sales or mail-order sales, where distance selling is defined as any sales technique that allows the buyer to order a product without being present at the point of sale.
These General Terms and Conditions of Sale cancel and replace all previous Terms and Conditions of Sale.
They take precedence over any other document, such as brochures and catalogs.
Parisian Scenes reserves the right to adapt or modify these Terms and Conditions of Sale at any time. In case of modification, only the General Terms and Conditions of Sale in force on the day of the order shall apply.
In the case of online sales, the customer acknowledges having read and accepted these General Terms and Conditions of Sale at the time of ordering an item and has the possibility of saving them at any time on a durable medium by printing or downloading them, using the functions of the Website provided for this purpose.
Before the contract is concluded by other distance selling techniques, Parisian Scenes sends customers, at a minimum, information concerning their identity, the essential characteristics of the goods, the price, and cancellation policy. A Parisian Production shall provide customers, by email, after the conclusion of the contract and at the latest at the time of delivery of the goods, these General Terms and Conditions of Sale.
שעות פעילות משרדית : ימי שני עד שישי בין השעות 9:00-19:00 (שעון צרפת).
שעות המשרד כוללות בקשה לבירורים, תכנוני מסלול ומידע כללי בטלפון, דוא"ל, וואטסאפ, ועריכת תמונות.
פנייה שתתקבל מעבר לשעות הפעילות, תענה בתחילת יום העסקים הבא.
שעות הפעלת צילום: 7/7 במהלך כל שעות היום והלילה
שעות פעילות הסיורים: 9:00-12:00, 14:00-17:00
טרם ביצוע ההזמנה אנא פנו אליי על מנת לוודא שהתאריך והשעה בהם אתם/ן מעוניינים/ות לערוך את הסיור או מפגש הסיור פנוי.
הזמנה שתעשה ללא תיאום מראש עלולה להתבטל במידה ו A Parisian Production לא תוכל לספק את השירות.
במקרה הנ"ל יתבצע החזר אוטומטי של סכום הפיקדון והלקוח יאלץ לשאת בעלות עמלות המרת המט"ח והעברה הבנקאית או העברה ב PayPal.
כל הזמנה נדרשת בתשלום פיקדון על מנת שהצד המזמין ירגיש מחוייב להתייצב למפגש.
ניתן לבטל את הסשן בתנאים שיפורטו לעיל ולקבל את תשלום הפיקדון חזרה.
במקרים אחרים בהם אין סיבה מוצדקת לביטול, הפיקדון יישמור כפיצוי על הזמן ששוריין למפגש.
במקרה של תוכניות שהשתנו ברגע האחרון, אני מבטיח לנסות למצוא תאריך אחר שיאפשר לכם גם לקיים את המפגש וגם לקיים את התוכניות שלכם.
תנאי ביטול:
• ביטול שיעשה עד 5 ימי עבודה לפני התאריך המיועד, מכל סיבה שהיא, יכובד והפיקדון יוחזר אליכם במלואו (פחות עמלות העברה שנלקחות על ידי הבנקים).
• במקרה ביטול שיעשה פחות מ 5 ימי עבודה לפני התאריך המיועד, הפיקדון יישמר
• במקרה של ביטול שיעשה פחות מ 24 שעות משעות המפגש המיועדת, תחוייבו ב 50% מהסכום הכולל של ההזמנה שלכם.
• במידה ונמצאתם חיוביים ל Covid-19 לפני הטיסה או במהלך השהות, הביטול יכובד והפיקדון יוחזר אליכם במלואו*
• במידה ונפצעתם או חליתם לפני הטיסה או בזמן שהותכם בצורה שלא מאפשרת לכם להיות נוכחים במפגש, הביטול יכובד והפיקדון יוחזר אליכם במלואו*
*במקרה שנמצאתם חיוביים ל Covid-19, חליתם, נפצעתם או מצאתם את עצמם בסיטואציה שבה מעורבת משטרה, תתבקשו לשלוח לי מסמך מאמת לפני ביצוע ההחזר.
סגנון הצילום ועיבוד תמונות הן צורות ביטוי שבאופן טבעי משתנות ומתפתחות עם הזמן.
אינני מצלם או מעבד את התמונות שלי היום כמו שעשיתי לפני שנה או שנתיים.
על מנת לוודא שאיכות העבודה שלי היא לטעמכם, אנא בדקו היטב את גלריית התמונות באתר ואת חשבון האינסטגרם שלי ששם תוכלו לראות את העבודות האחרונות שלי.
• במקרה של בקשות או ציפיות מיוחדות, לדוגמא אם אהבתם.ן תמונה או עיבוד מסויימים של תמונה שלי, אנא ציינו זאת מראש בעת ביצוע ההזמנה.
• במקרה שבו יש לכם בעייה נקודתית עם עיבוד או פרטים בתמונות מסויימות, אנא ציינו בפני את שם או מספר התמונה ומה בדיוק הבעייה.
כאשר אתם/ן בוחרים לעבוד איתי, אתם בוחרים גם את סגנון הצילום ועיבוד התמונות שלי.
מצידי אני נותן 100% על מנת שתצא התוצאה הטובה והמקצועית ביותר.
להבדיל מצילום בסמארטפונים, התמונות אינן נמצאות במצב המוגמר שלהן בעת הצילום.
הם מצולמות בפורמט אשאר נקרא RAW, וכשמו הוא חומר גלם שצריך לעבד ולקלף ממנו שכבות על מנת למצוא את התמונה היפה שמתחבאת מתחת.
תהליך העבודה מתחיל בברירת התמונות :אני מסנן תמונות כפולות, לא מוצלחות כמו עיניים עצומות וכו'.
התמונות הטובות ביותר עוברות אופטימיזציה בנפרד עם עריכה טבעית: איזון הצבע, קונטרסטים, הצללות יישור וכו׳..
אני אף פעם לא משתמש בכלי עריכה אוטומטיים.
המטרה היא לשפר את התמונות כדי לספר את הסיפור שלכם בצורה מדויקת ככל האפשר.
העיבוד הוא חלק בלתי נפרד מהסגנון של הצלם ושם נמצאת טביעת האצבע שלו.
התהליך הזה דורש זמן ולכן התמונות שלכם יהיו מוכנות כעבור מספר ימים אך לא מיד.
במידה וישנה בעייה נקודתית בתמונות מסויימות, אנא ציינו במייל מה הבעייה + מספר התמונה/תמונות ואחזור אליכם בהקדם.
אנא זיכרו שכל עוד לא סוכם על סגנון צילום שונה, לא יהיה זה הוגן לדרוש תוצאת צילום שמצריכה הערכות לוגיסטית שונה.
לדוגמה: ערכנו צילומי חוץ ואתם מעוניינים מבין התמונות להוציא תמונת פורטרט במראה של תאורת סטודיו.
ֻֻ• זמן העבודה לעיבוד התמונות בסשן צילום הוא עד 21 יום מיום המפגש.
• זמן העבודה לעיבוד תמונות שנלקחו בסיורים הוא עד 10 ימי עבודה מיום המפגש.
• הערכת זמן משעורת תינתן ביום המפגש הצילום עצמו.
• פורטרטים, לקוחות עסקיים ובקשות מיוחדות - זמן העבודה משתנה ויקבע טרם תחילת העבודה.
• במקרה של עומס עבודה שעלול לגרור לאיחור במסירת התמונות, תשלכם אליכם הודעה מראש.
• כלל הלקוחות (סשן צילום וסיורי צילום) יקבלו את התמונות להורדה באמצעות לינק ישירות למייל ללינק שיהיה זמין במשך 14 יום.
• לקוחות אשר הזמינו חבילת סשן צילום, יקבלו לינק לגלריית אונליין, מוגנת סיסמה שתיהיה זמינה תמיד.
ֻ• באמצעות השותפים שלנו ניתן להדפיס את התמונות באלבום, פורמט גדול.
ֻ• אנחנו שומרים אצלנו את אלבום התמונות המועבדות שלכם לתקופה של שנתיים, כגיבוי על כל צרה של תבוא.
ֻ• התמונות נשלחות באיכות מקסמילית ומתאימות להדפסה עד גודל של 60*80 ס״מ ללא ירידה באיכות התמונות.
כחלק מקידום ושיווק העסק, אני משתמש בתמונות שנלקחות במהלך צילומים.
אל תשכחו שאחת הסיבות שפניתן אליי היא מאחר וראיתם את התמונות שלי ואני מניח שאהבתם אותן.
• התמונות הן אך ורק לקידום תדמיתי ונעשה בהן שימוש בפלטפורמות מדיה חברתית כגון פייסבוק, אינסטגרם, האתר של Parisian Scenes וכדומה.
• לפני כל פרסום תמונה ללא יוצא מן הכלל, אבקש אישור ממכם לפרסום תמונה.
• במידה ושיניתם את דעתכם בהמשך, אסיר את התמונה.
אני נוהג לבדוק שלושה ימים לפני כל סשן, מה תחזית מזג האוויר.
במידה ותחזית מזג האוויר צופה גשם/שלג/שרב וכו׳, ננסה לתזמן מחדש.
לכן אני ממליץ לא לתכנן את סשן הצילום ביום האחרון לטיול.
למרות שתמונות תחת גשם או שלג הן רומנטיות, אך במקרה של הצעות נישואין, צילומי משפחה, בת/בר מצווה וכו׳ אלו תנאים מסובכים ולא נעימים לעבוד בהם.
אם מדובר רק בטיפטוף קל או גשם לסירוגין, אל דאגה אנחנו בהחלט יכולים להתמודד עם זה.
יום מעונן פירושו גם אור מפוזר יותר, שהוא הרבה יותר טוב מאור שמש יוקד, כך שלמעשה זה יכול להיות חיובי.
חלק מהאזורים המכוסים כמו הפסאג׳ים, בתי הקפה והמטרו, הם מיקומים מדהימים בתור תוכנית גיובי.
אז תביאו מטריה יפה והכל יהיה בסדר!
במידה והזמן מאפשר לנו, אז בוודאי.
ניתן להחליף בגדים בבתי קפה או במידת בצורך באוהל מתקפל שמתאים להחלפת בגדים (כלי שימושי בהפקות אופנה) או במידה ואנחנו קרובים למלון אפשר גם לקפוץ לחדר שלכם.
תזכרו שזמן ההחלפה הוא חלק מסשן הצילום, לכן אני ממליץ לכם לארגן את הלוקים והאביזרים השונים מראש על מנת לא לאבד זמן.
התמונות המועברות הן באיכות מרבית והם אופטימליים לצפייה באמצעים דיגטלים.
לעיתים בעת ההדפסה, איכות המדפסת והנייר דורשות התאמות מסוימות לקבצים.
בדרך כלל בית הדפוס יציע לטפל בתמונות, אך מכיוון שאני שומר את קבצי המקור (מה שמבטיח איכות גבוהה יותר), אשמח לעשות את ההתאמות הנדרשות ללא תשלום נוסף תוך 24 שעות מרגע ביצוע הבקשה.
לעיתים לוקח זמן ליצור כימיה טובה על מנת שהמצולמים ירגישו בנוח מול המצלמה, לחקור את הסביבה שאנחנו מצטלמים בה וליצור תמונה טובה.
במקרה של סשן מרובה משתתפים, מוריד פוקוס מהמצולם.ת, הזוג או המשפחה העיקרית ומרגישים גם שיש דימיון רב בין התמונות וגם שבמידה מסויימת הן פחות מוצלחות.
ככלל אני מעדיף להמנע מסיטאוציה של סשן משותף אך אם תרצו לבחון את האפשרות בכל זאת, הסשן יעשה תחת התנאים הבאים

•הסשן יהיה ארוך יותר עד לזמן כפול מהסשן המקורי.
• כל זוג ישלם מחיר מלא לחבילה, קרי אין פיצול במחיר.
• במקרה של סשן משפחתי, חברים שאינם זוגות, מספר התמונות הכולל יהיה שווה למספר התמונות בחבילה ללא אפשרות לדעת מראש את כמות הפעמים בה יופיע כל משתתף.
מה הכוונה בבוק בת/בר מצווה משותף? הכוונה היא לשני חתני/כלות בת/בר מצווה (ומעלה) שהגיעו בטיול משותף לפריז ורוצים להשתמש באחת החבילות כדי לעשות סשן צילום משותף שיחסוך עלויות.
מאחר והשיקול הכלכלי הינו חשוב לכם/ן בתור לקוחות, חשוב לי להסביר את העניין מנקודת המבט שלי.
*שאר התשובה מנוסחת בלשון זכר אך מיועד לשני המינים.
לאחר מספר מקרים, בהם צילמתי בוקים משותפים הסקתי מספר מסקנות:
1. זמן הצילום הוא כפול ללא יוצא מהכלל. כל מצולם קטן כגדול, דורש את הזמן שלו כדי להיפתח מול המצלמה.
2. בד"כ באופן טבעי, אני מתבקש ליצור בידול בין התמונות כדי שהמוצר הסופי לא יהיה זהה. מכאן שצריך לחשוב פעמיים על קומפוזיציות, שימוש במרחב וכדומה = זמן נוסף
3. ב 99% מהמקרים יש מצולם אחד שהינו יותר דומיננטי מול המצלמה מהשני. מצד אחד במקרה כזה קל באופן יחסי לצלם תמונות של המצולם הדומיננטי, והמשתתף הפחות דומיננטי דורש יותר זמן לעבוד מול המצלמה כדי להוציא תוצאות דומות מבחינת כמות ואיכות.
אין זה אומר שמי שחש לא נוח מול המצלמה מסיבות שונות, הוא בעייתי. אבל תשומת הזמן הנדרשת להגיע לתוצאה דומה דורשת זמן, שבד"כ בא על חשבון המשתתף הדומיננטי ומצב כזה איננו הוגן.
4. יש ציפייה לקבל מספר תמונות מוגדל בגלל חשיבות האירוע למרות הידעה מראש החבילה מתפצלת לשתיים.
מכאן שהתשובה שלי תיהיה שאני מלא ממליץ על צילום משותף, אלא רק במקרים ואתם מבינים את הגבלות הזמן והכמות של התמונות.

Office Hours
Monday to Friday 9:00 AM - 7:00 PM.
Office hours include inquiries, itinerary planning, general information and photo photo retouching.
Please note that any inquiries received outside of our office hours will be attended to promptly at the start of the next business day.
Photography sessions
Photography sessions are available 7 days a week, throughout the day and night.
Please note that all the following times mentioned are in French local time (GMT+2).
You can easily book your photoshoot by visiting our booking page and selecting your desired photo package. Once you've chosen your package, you'll be prompted to select a date and time, provide your contact information, and make an advance payment.
I highly recommend contacting me before placing your order. This will allow us to discuss your specific requirements and ensure that the chosen package and timing are suitable for your needs.
• In the event that an order is placed without prior contact, and I find that it may not be suitable for the intended purpose (such as multiple events within a given time frame), I will reach out to you. In such cases, I reserve the right to cancel the booking if we are unable to find a mutually agreeable solution.
• In the above case, the amount of the deposit will be automatically refunded and the customer will have to bear the cost of the currency conversion fees and the bank transfer or PayPal transfer.
To ensure commitment to scheduled meetings, a deposit payment is required for every order.
In cases where cancellation is necessary, please refer to the following conditions for the refund of the deposit:
• Cancellation made up to 5 working days before the designated date, for any reason, will be honored, and the deposit will be fully refunded (minus transfer fees charged by the banks).
• If cancellation is made less than 5 working days before the designated date, a charge of 25% of the total reservation amount will be applied.
• For cancellations made less than 24 hours from the designated meeting time, the deposit will be retained as compensation for the reserved time.
• If you are unable to attend the meeting due to injury or illness before the flight or during your stay, the cancellation will be honored, and the deposit will be fully refunded.
To process the refund in the event of being unable to attend due to illness, injury, or involvement with the police, please submit the required supporting documentation via email to contact@parisianscenes.com.(mailto:contact@parisianscenes.com) Once the documentation is received and verified, the refund will be issued accordingly.
This addition clarifies the email address to which customers should send their supporting documentation for the refund process.
The style of photography and image processing is a form of artistic expression that naturally evolves and changes over time.
Thus the way I capture and edit my photos today may differ from how I did so a year or two ago.

• If you have any special requests or specific expectations, such as admiring a particular photo or appreciating a specific editing style, please let me know in advance when placing your order.
• In the event that you have concerns or issues regarding the processing or specific details in certain images, kindly indicate the name or number of the image along with a clear description of the problem.
Your feedback helps me address any concerns and ensure your satisfaction.

When you choose to work with me, you're also choosing my unique photography style and image processing approach. I put in 100% effort to deliver the best and most professional results.
Unlike smartphone photography, where the photos are optimized by the phone itself, leaving very little room for editing, the photos I capture are in a raw and unprocessed state. They're shot in a format called RAW, which represents the untouched material that needs processing and layer-by-layer refinement to unveil the stunning image hidden beneath.
The process begins with carefully selecting the photos: filtering duplicates, eliminating unsuccessful shots like closed eyes, and more.
Then, the best photos are individually enhanced through natural editing techniques such as color balance, contrast adjustments, alignment, shading, and more. I never rely on automatic editing tools and my goal is to elevate the images and accurately convey your story.
Photo processing is an integral part of my unique style as a photographer. It's where my personal touch and artistic expression come alive.
This process takes time, so your photos will be ready within a few days, but unfortunately not immediately after the shoot.
If you encounter any specific issues with particular images, please email me with a detailed description of the problem along with the image number(s), and I'll promptly address them.
Please keep in mind that unless we have agreed upon a different shooting style, it wouldn't be fair to expect results that require different logistical arrangements.
For instance, if we've conducted outdoor photography and you desire a portrait photo with studio lighting , it would necessitate a separate shooting setup.
By understanding and appreciating the photo editing process, we can collaborate effectively to achieve the desired outcome and ensure your satisfaction.
