These General Terms and Conditions of Sale are governed by Articles 1125 et seq. of the French Civil Code and the French Consumer Code. The purpose of these General Terms and Conditions of Sale is to define the rights and obligations of A Parisian Production and the customer. They apply without restriction or reservations to purchases made by end customers and non-professional buyers on A Parisian Production's website: www.parisianscenes.com (hereinafter, the Website). They also apply to other types of distance selling, such as telephone sales or mail-order sales, where distance selling is defined as any sales technique that allows the buyer to order a product without being present at the point of sale. These General Terms and Conditions of Sale cancel and replace all previous Terms and Conditions of Sale. They take precedence over any other document, such as brochures and catalogs. Parisian Scenes reserves the right to adapt or modify these Terms and Conditions of Sale at any time. In case of modification, only the General Terms and Conditions of Sale in force on the day of the order shall apply. In the case of online sales, the customer acknowledges having read and accepted these General Terms and Conditions of Sale at the time of ordering an item and has the possibility of saving them at any time on a durable medium by printing or downloading them, using the functions of the Website provided for this purpose. Before the contract is concluded by other distance selling techniques, Parisian Scenes sends customers, at a minimum, information concerning their identity, the essential characteristics of the goods, the price, and cancellation policy. A Parisian Production shall provide customers, by email, after the conclusion of the contract and at the latest at the time of delivery of the goods, these General Terms and Conditions of Sale.

Office Hours Monday to Friday 9:00 AM - 7:00 PM. Office hours include inquiries, itinerary planning, general information and photo photo retouching. Please note that any inquiries received outside of our office hours will be attended to promptly at the start of the next business day. Photography sessions Photography sessions are available 7 days a week, throughout the day and night. Please note that all the following times mentioned are in French local time (GMT+2).

You can easily book your photoshoot by visiting our booking page and selecting your desired photo package. Once you've chosen your package, you'll be prompted to select a date and time, provide your contact information, and make an advance payment. I highly recommend contacting me before placing your order. This will allow us to discuss your specific requirements and ensure that the chosen package and timing are suitable for your needs. • In the event that an order is placed without prior contact, and I find that it may not be suitable for the intended purpose (such as multiple events within a given time frame), I will reach out to you. In such cases, I reserve the right to cancel the booking if we are unable to find a mutually agreeable solution. • In the above case, the amount of the deposit will be automatically refunded and the customer will have to bear the cost of the currency conversion fees and the bank transfer or PayPal transfer.

To ensure commitment to scheduled meetings, a deposit payment is required for every order. In cases where cancellation is necessary, please refer to the following conditions for the refund of the deposit: • Cancellation made up to 5 working days before the designated date, for any reason, will be honored, and the deposit will be fully refunded (minus transfer fees charged by the banks). • If cancellation is made less than 5 working days before the designated date, a charge of 25% of the total reservation amount will be applied. • For cancellations made less than 24 hours from the designated meeting time, the deposit will be retained as compensation for the reserved time. • If you are unable to attend the meeting due to injury or illness before the flight or during your stay, the cancellation will be honored, and the deposit will be fully refunded. To process the refund in the event of being unable to attend due to illness, injury, or involvement with the police, please submit the required supporting documentation via email to contact@parisianscenes.com. Once the documentation is received and verified, the refund will be issued accordingly. This addition clarifies the email address to which customers should send their supporting documentation for the refund process.

Thus the way I capture and edit my photos today may differ from how I did so a year or two ago. To ensure that the quality of my work aligns with your preferences, I kindly invite you to carefully review the photo gallery on my website and visit my Instagram account, where you can explore my latest works. • If you have any special requests or specific expectations, such as admiring a particular photo or appreciating a specific editing style, please let me know in advance when placing your order. • In the event that you have concerns or issues regarding the processing or specific details in certain images, kindly indicate the name or number of the image along with a clear description of the problem. Your feedback helps me address any concerns and ensure your satisfaction. By working together and maintaining open communication, we can create beautiful photographs that meet your vision and expectations.

When you choose to work with me, you're also choosing my unique photography style and image processing approach. I put in 100% effort to deliver the best and most professional results. Unlike smartphone photography, where the photos are optimized by the phone itself, leaving very little room for editing, the photos I capture are in a raw and unprocessed state. They're shot in a format called RAW, which represents the untouched material that needs processing and layer-by-layer refinement to unveil the stunning image hidden beneath. The process begins with carefully selecting the photos: filtering duplicates, eliminating unsuccessful shots like closed eyes, and more. Then, the best photos are individually enhanced through natural editing techniques such as color balance, contrast adjustments, alignment, shading, and more. I never rely on automatic editing tools and my goal is to elevate the images and accurately convey your story. Photo processing is an integral part of my unique style as a photographer. It's where my personal touch and artistic expression come alive. This process takes time, so your photos will be ready within a few days, but unfortunately not immediately after the shoot. If you encounter any specific issues with particular images, please email me with a detailed description of the problem along with the image number(s), and I'll promptly address them. Please keep in mind that unless we have agreed upon a different shooting style, it wouldn't be fair to expect results that require different logistical arrangements. For instance, if we've conducted outdoor photography and you desire a portrait photo with studio lighting , it would necessitate a separate shooting setup. By understanding and appreciating the photo editing process, we can collaborate effectively to achieve the desired outcome and ensure your satisfaction.

Please let us know at the time of booking if a marriage proposal or any other special surprise is planned during your session. Undisclosed events — particularly those requiring extra time, specific positioning, or extended coverage — may affect the session duration and scope. Parisian Scenes reserves the right to adjust the session accordingly or apply additional fees if the actual scope significantly exceeds what was booked.
